“ Stopped in for macarons next door and hopped over here for some drinks afterwards. Ordered an affogato, double shot espresso over ice, and iced peace yuzu tea with a bit of simple syrup. Hubs is an espresso snob and I don’t drink anything coffee/espresso at all.... BUT I found myself repeatedly picking at and ultimately finishing the affogato (that was originally for hubs) and he really liked their espresso. These drinks are made with lots of love. “ Overall I really love this coffee shop! After living in Europe for several years this is by far the best coffee and cafe experience in Fayetteville. The owner is very nice and it's obvious she's working hard to train multiple new baristas to the same standard she takes when making coffee. As a result sometimes there are some longer than typical wait times you'd experience anywhere else that serves "coffee". In my experience so far it's generally worth the wait, and when it's less than expected it's been made by someone clearly learning their craft. Beyond that this place is fantastic, quiet, and a great spot to come enjoy a coffee with a friend, a book, or while you work. I'll continue to be a customer and hope they keep making great (not fast) coffee! ”
